You don’t truly succeed until you have helped others to succeed. There was a rich man who was once asked; you have more money than you would never need to spend why are you starting new businesses?
He said I know that in our country for one person that I employed, I am feeding ten people. I don’t need the money but they do that’s why I’m starting the businesses so I can employ more people. There is so much to do to make life better for us in this nation but remember when you give you will receive.
An author by the name Boston was said the longer I live the more deeply I am convinced that what makes the difference between one man and the other, between the weak and the powerful, the great and the insignificant is energy – invisible determination, a purpose once formed rides one to victory; this quality will do anything that is to be done in the world and no talents, no circumstances, no opportunities will make one a man without it.
You see , you must have drive ,you must have the will to act, you must be able to take the initiative, you got to move yourself to do what you need to do per time. You must have what I call bite, you must be effective, you must be able to overcome complacency and apathy, you must develop energy and what are the things you can use to stimulate yourself and others to develop and release energy.
The promise of promotions, the promise of awards, the promise of challenges and then you can use healthy competition, come to think of it the people who are doing well, who are succeeding and outstanding they don’t have two heads, they are people just exactly like you. If they can do it you too can also do it.
Of course you don’t have to get into unhealthy competition but think about it the world around you is moving forward you also have to make progress. You can use goals to motivate yourself and don’t get satisfy too soon.
