After the long wait by investors for the Dangote Flour IPO, the company is finally set to sell some of its holdings to the Nigerian public.
The offer is set to commence on September 6, 2007 and last for only three weeks after which it would close. The offer price has been pegged at N15.00 per share, which management says is a fair value compared to the value that the company has.
The offer opens on Thursday September 6, 2007 and closes on September 27, 2007. It is expected that the rush would be much due to the limited time to grab a stake in the company. The stock is expected to be listed before the end of the year.
