    Dear Sir,

LETTER STATING A FAULT IN YOUR COMPANY’S PRODUCT(AMSTEL MALTA).
With reference to a recent incident which I would have been a victim of death as a result of carelessness or mistake in the bottling of your Amstel Malta product, I hereby want cease this opportunity to bring to your notice that a straw used in the consumption of your product was found right inside the bottle with the content cocked. Knowing how disastrous it is if a consumer takes it unknowingly and also depict that the company doesn’t wash their bottle again.
I thought of reporting to the consumer’s right office together with the bottle and the straw still intact but I said I will have to bring to your notice before furthering action. Because I need my money back. This is fraud in another way.
If no reaction is taken, I will further this to the consumer’s right commission after two weeks of notification and you will pay me for expenses, it is no threat.
For confirmation, you can call me on my cell phone. (07035714068).
    Thanks.
    Yours sincerely,
    Victor. N.
