The market closed on a bullish trend at an All Share Index of 62,711.56 base points, better than previous week closing-Friday of 62,415.06 base points. There was a total of 15,978 deals involving a volume of
759,001,934 unit shares worth N12,671,857,657.77, as against last week Friday’s activity summary of 19,139 deals involving a volume of 1,012,201,580 unit’s of shares valued at N10,340,939,653.29.
The Market Capitalisation went up to N12,160,176,881,610.38 from previous close at N12,102,682,981,975.43 last week friday.

The top five traded stocks in a descending order includes: LINKASSURE, traded a volume of
118,411,841 unit shares valued at N443,566,391.86; (2) IAINSURE traded a volume of 99,667,482
unit shares valued at N173,476,484.32; UBA, traded a volume of 74,773,925 unit shares valued at N4,781,044,764.50; (4) GNI traded a volume of N72,426,531, valued at N275,622,772.80; (5) INTERCONTINENTAL traded a volume of 30,633,594 unit shares valued at N1,385,803,413.51.
The top five price gainers include: (1) ETI gained N10.38 to close at N244.55; (2) UBA gained N3.04 to close at N63.94; (3) DANGSUGAR gained N1.65 to close at N35.70; (4) BCC gained N1.60 to close at N48.60; while (5) OKOMUOIL gained N1.45 to close at N30.45.
On the price losers side are: (1) OANDO losing N6.01 closed at N210.00; (2) BETAGLAS lost N2.27 to close at N21.19; (3) NB lost N2.15 to close at N50.75; (4) COSTAIN lost N1.51 to close at N36.00; (5) while DANGFLOUR lost N1.48 to close at N28.12.
