    i bought oceanic bank international offer last two years,2006 precisely ,though certificate was issued and send to me last year,but surprisingly no other thing has been seen nor receive from oceanic bank till date,please i want find out whether the did not declare any dividend to their investors from the 2006 shares bought. i need your response. thanks
