Before u can verify your certificate you must a stockbroker who will verify them for you:opening of cscs account from then you are going to sign a tranfer form which after some process transfer to the registrar of the company you buy the shares from,on your behalf by your stockbroker to confirm your signature and whether the certificate is not fake. After this the units on the face of your certificate will be transfer to your cscs account. THEN YOU CAN NOW SELL THIS SHARES ANYTIME YOU WISH.
