The recent decision to be listing new stocks at the exchange at the same price it was sold during the placement, seem not to reflect what investment in shares is all about. What happens to an investor, who has taken the risk of putting his money in a company that is coming up? What is the investment benefit or difference from an investor that buys at the same price when a stock is listed? In a situation where the turnover/profit margin of such company has improved during this period.Where does the risk, long term investment come in?
