Fidson Healthcare Plc: Change in Financial Year end

The Company has notified The Exchange that its financial year end has been changed by a resolution of the Board, from 1st July- 30th June in every calendar year to 1st January – 31st December in every calendar year. The alteration takes immediate effect.

The Company further stated that, the alteration is in line with the strategic steps it is taking to align the Company’s operations and reporting period with that of its major business partners and in preparation for the implementation of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
