Default CSCS Account Activation

Dear all

I received an email from CSCS on 13 March infroming me that I used my email account to register an account at www.cscsnigltd and states below my activated membership information. I replied back informing them that i was the one that registered, since then I have not been able to view my portfolio. I have sent several emails to CSCS but no response. Please advise on what to do.
