as for first bank, nacho, dangote flour , international brewies & japaul oil you should be expecting your certificate since SEC has cleared thier allotment proposal. we just learnt that fidelity PO was oversubcribed by over 200% so certificates should be out soon. you can maybe contact thier registrars if by this month end you have not recieved them. as for valueline, you can go to thier office to see if they will accept your application because as at friday last week, they accepted some applications. i heard nothing about solid rock securities PP. for the latest info about any PP, you can always come to this part of the forum becuase we have wonderful, open minded people to analyse these PP so that nobody gets its fingers burnt. if you hear about any PP, dont buy until you have informed the house (LEADSTONE CAPITAL is a good & recent example ) cheers.
