I think I mentioned that I was slightly irritated with their service a month/two ago? Anyways, I fired off an email to my account officer letting her know my feelings and boy! has she upped her game.
I have a dedicated officer so I can't comment on the performance of any of the other officers. I'm certainly pleased (smug) with mine. She responds to my emails, executes my buy/sell orders promptly, is proactive in making suggestions on what she feels are good deals and most importantly uses her initiative.
Hope it lasts though !
