How To Check My Account On The Phone With Cscs Pls

Hello guy, I need your help, did anyone know how I can check my account on the phone with cscs. Please I need the right number I have calling and they keep on telling me is not possible. I think I have read it somewhere before that I can check my account on phone with cscs.

CSCS used to have an automated voice recording service that would say your stocks and their value when you enter your CSCS number. I have used this service in the past. I do know that the phone line went down sometime early last year and was out for a few months. Not sure if it ever came back up. It was a NITEL land line 26........ I have the number somewhere in Naija, but I'm far from there now.

That voice automated service has been discontinued as Tobenna pointed out, i used it a few times too, infact i've still got the numbers but they're no good now.

What one can do is to ring the cscs trade-alert line(01-8923628), and then ask the customer advisor to give you the number you could ring for an enquiry about your account. One would have to be very quick, and polite to get them to do this as that line is always buzzing, and strictly for trade alert queries. They should be able to refer you to someone who can help.
