you are welcome to the forum. first bank registrars have sent the certificates to the address investors filled on thier form. since you have not seen yours, the problem may be with our postal system.
those that filled thier CSCS number on the application form got thiers via e-allotment . so i will say maybe you should exercise a little patience & if you run out of patience, you can go to thier registrars office.
