Help Me Out With This First Bank Problem

Hello Guys, please I need your advice oooh. I have been waiting for months now to receive my First bank certificate, but no way’ I bought the PO through one of the branches of First bank in VI. I now want to seek for the assistance of my brokers to help me go to the registrar may be they can get it track down. But I have to seek help from my account officer with my brokers to do these for me. Did you guys think I can get any meaningful result from these steps that i want to take? And I based outside the country, so I cannot go there by myself. Please I need your advice. I’m really tired of this first bank problem.

what first bank did was to send those certitificate to point of purchase, atleast thats where i got mine, through my broking firm.
but since you are not in the country to go to the purchase point, you can ask your broker to track it down for you.
cases like this does not require any specific step, any step that will locate your certificate will do, but let every step be targeted at the registrar.
