As a matter of personal policy, i dont use my banks ATM card on another bank's machine....I no get time for story story..come today come tomorrow whenever there is an issue with debiting of account and no cash being dispensed..

Same here. I use my First bank ATM at FBN branches, Access Bank ATM at Access bank Branches and UBA ATM at UBA Branches. An there is no where in the country where you will not have either First Bank, UBA or Access Bank branches.

And when you get to Istanbul, there is a first bank ATM at Bayrampasa, Access bank ATM at Beyoglu and UBA ATM at Sultan Ahmet.

So we now have 'ATM Bouncers'?. That bank does not know what its business is. Iam sure too much free money from COT and ATM is making them not to think. What made them think that putting 'ATM Bouncers' besides their ATM on weekend will make their non-customers not to use it?. How much are they are paying those 'ATM Bouncers'?. Those 'ATM Bouncers' also want to drive the car the Branch Manager is driving. So therefore, they will collect 'egunje' and tell the person to 'carry go'.
