Default What Did U Guy Think Is The Best For Us Pp, Or Po/ipo

Hello guys,
I have good questions to ask everyone, though I’m new to this stocks business in Nigeria. But after this disappointment that I got with First Bank PO, I’m now thinking may be its going to be better if i start dealing with PP, just few PO. My problem is how to know when some of these companies want to did PO or IPO? Did you guy think our brokers will have such information. One of the problems I get is that I’m living outside Nigeria. Please if anyone knows the best answer to this question, help me out. The way I look at is that at least someone knows when you are dealing with PP, that you are rest assures you will get whatever you are looking for, and have a rest of mind. I have about five different PO that I bought that I haven’t hear nothing from them up till now, who knows may be half of my money will be return, I don’t know. I don’t think this is the best way to do business; I may be wrong. And again my final question to everyone is between IPO, PO, and PP which one is the best to have a best short.

yomik, i feel for you, cos there is nothing as depressing when you invest without any good returns. but to answer your question, it all depends on your investment goal, and also how you handle risk. if you are a short term player, consider playing your game from the secondary market, if your are a medium-long player who loves the discount the company offers, you can consider po, with some level of risk.....some you mentioned....if you are a long term player and a risk taker, consider pp....but the pp thing is very risky...and very rewarding... its your choice based on your goal. wish you the best.

Yomik...my sincere answer is thiso you have a clear, well articulated investment goal? Do you really invest in educating yourself about stock investments in Nigeria? The reasons the above questions are valid is this:there are very rich vein of gold in IPO, PO, PPM....but if one is not razor sharp about what to achieve and one cannot see the opportunities that are inherent in POs or IPOs or PPMs cos of lack of financial education then....So even though u are outside the country, take out time to understand the fundamentals and technicalities needed to play in the nigerian market....Happy investing!!!!!!!!
