Scarcity: What can be the cause Factors?
hello people,
I've been looking for a penny stock to buy for the past 3 months but nuthin dey come forth, my broker says most are scarce and the available ones are in High bid...High Bid? is it that only those with large sum of money can play the market or is it a broker problem? Everyone in the house, beginners, gurus, elders, i mean all in the house, say something about this... Thank you all for your usual response......

? does he mean upper circuit .. What i think is he want to say that stocks are overpriced now and you should not buy it ?
