You need to get a stock broker and open a cscs account this is when you can buy. The certificate you have will be verified and lodged in the account and then can be sold.

thanks for your advice, which I have already followed, but I invested in Japaul and Wapco, secondary market but is like each day the price is depreciating. please advise me on which stocks to invest my hard earn money?

Well the market is generally down right now as each day experiences investors value being shredded.Right now, I don't know if you want to sell those your portfolio at loss or you want to reduce your losses?. If the later is your position, then it would be nice to watch the market a little bit before throwing in some more funds. If you don't want to sell those at a loss, it might make sense to hold them and see if the market rebound as Japaul & Wapco look good in the near future.
