Hi, all

Im new here and would like you to advise me on how to go about investing for a short term in a secondary market with just 150,000. I would also want to know stocks that are good buy. Thanks

While I share your enthusism investing with N150,000 in the secondary market, this value is small.

To invest in the secondary market, you need to get a stock broking account through a stock broker. However, most stock brokers do this with a minimum of N1 to 5 million.

If you do your research well, you will find several brokers that will accept your N150k (Citiinvest, cashcraft e.t.c). I have 2 concerns though: service might be crappy, at least I know several people have complained about the service of Cashcraft and secondly, I am not so sure some of these brokers that accept less than N100k will survive the recapitalization that will occur b4 the end of the year.
