Default Roads Nigeria Plc

I see Roads plc as one company with a bright future considering what is happening in the sub sector.
But I ask does anyone have any info regarding their fundamentals?

where do they get majority of their contract?
private hands or goverment establishment?
do u have an idea of their management profile?
please any further detail will be helpful to us.
however, the volume traded daily just makes it impossible to have any sensible investment in the coy.
however, still expecting to hear from you

The volume is what scares me and even gets me confused.
Is it that the current shareholders value their stocks so much that they don't want to sell or what?
Any info on their outstanding volume of shares?

they declared a full year PAT of N12M last week. PE ~ 7. Getting it on the floor is another issue as they have only 20M shares outstanding.

Thanks man! I just checked the weekly report and i got the result. However, for 2007 the PAT is 25.12m. N12m was for 2006 fin yr end. I will have to go to the registrars to collect the lastest annual report. I appreciate.

This is just crossover deals. How can Roads be another Constain when they have only 20mln units outstanding? And it appear the owners are not in a hurry to increase/dilute holding via bonus/rights/PO.

yeah was the 8m not in 6 deals? Owners had an opportunity to issue bonus especially given the new 100k rule, but they did not
