This is what their Oga MD said back in july 2012 - “Your company is worth N4bn in assets and that is huge. It is only that the business we are into has a gestation period. But I assure you that the future is very bright.”

But Oga MD I never even seen sparkle......To Date, talkless of Brightness

Yes the future is very bright but at this point the company needs some sorts of catalysts to meet and exceed target. They have all of the factors of prodction but I feel two other important factors/catalyst will help fast track the gestation period of this coy.
1. POLITICS: they have to lobby for favourable policies such as totally proscribing illegal quarrying, lobbying for production subsidies or tax holidays and also going into international partnership with reputable firms.
2. Diversification into solid cash minerals mining: they should pursue cost effective and aggressive diversification in Coal mining(Enugu), Tin Miining(Jos), Gold Mining(Osun) and Diamond mining(Bauchi and Zamfara) thus becoming an integrated mining co-operation.

Oga Faith, you might find it funny that I'm one of those who really believe in this stock. or to be clearer, I believe in the future of the company.

Like you say, its not one for speculation but for investing. I've been worried about the history of their turnover though, I've been on it for about 2 years now and I'm not seeing the stirrings of growth that I anticipated so I stopped buying.

We shall see what this year's results bring us.

This company and Japaul are being milked by their management. I know companies in similar ventures who make more profits than these two on a much smaller balance sheet.

My Oga, when it comes to management of lean resources, cooperate governance, and sincerity of heart in business ventures, Nigeria CEOs and MDs are light years behind their counterpart in other parts of the globe. One needs some measures of Faith and Patience to invest and hold on.
Oga duduspace, this stock still dey my Portfolio because na Gambling turns Speculation, Speculation turns Investment, and Investment turns Bussiness he be. It went through this cycle because I never opportunity to offload my entire holding since I entered.
So have Faith, cos one day management fit turnaround and do the right thing, or Ololo fit remember Multiverse.
