hi guys anyone with information about this company, MULTIVERSE RESOURCES LIMITED.they are out for a pp.
100,000 unit min. at 1.50k
they are a minning company,right now i have less info about the pp

I also heard about this PP yesterday and have searched the net but very litle info on their website. multiversequarry.net

I heard it's just 95kobo, but the broker has added on 50kobo premium to it. If anyone has any info about this pp or better still placement prospectus / memorandum please.

the application for this pp is on the original stamped forms just like the omatek pp. it is of no use pasting it here. I will paste the scanned pages of the prospectus in the evening. The agents are selling it at N1.20 -N1.50 per share:confused:

Why is the PP selling at a range price? You guys need to be careful in engaging your self in absurd transactions.

What price was reflected on their published memorandum?

The PP is packaged by Afribank Capital and the much maligned Cashcraft!

The price is N0.95 for a minimum of 100,000 units. It closes tommorrow and the shares on offer is only 1.1 billion. Unfortunately, there is no e copy of the prospectus so i cant post it.

Furthermore, the forms are numbered and u can only submit the numbered form. Photocopies not allowed.

This offer is going to be oversubscribed. I was at Afribank Capital today and i saw from their list they have issued out over 1300 forms. They keep a list of names of people who collected the forms! If u add to what Cashcraft will issue, then the whole thing will be crazy. I decided to forgo it for this simple reason.

The much maligned cashcraft is a junior partner to the offer, about 20%. Almost sidelined by afribank so u have nothing to fear. If you are doing it go through afribank

We should not invest in such companies that take list of investors. I think they lack integrity. They have no business in NSE. They should be turn over to EFCC as a 419 company.

Yes it is PP, but should be transparent in the process.

What is wrong with taking a list of people who collected form? Please explain.

It was Afribank that took the list not Multiverse.

At the end of the day, the issuing house must compile such a list of all applicants that submitted forms. It is from such a list the allotment will be made.

i got a text saying pp at N1.20 (offer 95k). Listing 1st week Aug @ N2.10.

Is the pp price realy 95k?

It is 95k. I have the form right in front of me.

Can you help the group in scanning and posting the form? When is the closing date? Is your name added to the 1300 applicants?

Closing date is May 8th although i believe u can still submit upto the end of this week.

A scanned copy of the form will not help. Unfortunately, i could not get a copy of the prospectus from Afribank as they had no copies to give on the day i visited them.

Yes my name was taken as part of the list. But as i have said earlier i decided to forego it. I gave the original to a friend.

I will advice those interested and in Lagos to visit Afribank capital at Afribank Street in VI to see if they can get the form. I recommend you visit immediately since we have passed the closing date.

according to proshare they meet with the NSE Quotation committee last week and may be listing anytime soon.
