The stocks in this sector are presently outperforming the rest of the market. I recently asked my broker to buy me G cappa, told it was not available. What is going on in this sector?

most investors are taking positions in the stocks of this sector in anticipation of the implementation of the 2008 budget. some of the companies in the sector will benefit from it

Relax!

The thing is to be patient with the stock market. These are companies that you are not likely to get from the floor easily. People are not selling them yet because they are still appreciating in price. What you have to keep in mind is that it is mere anticipatory rallying because of the belief that the 2008 budget is expansionary and these companies are likely to benefit from it but they have not really started benefiting yet, right? Right!

Let them rally, keep your fingers crossed and be patient. When they have gone far beyond their fundamentals, the prices will drop and then they will be available. Remember Costain? Some of these companies will raise money from the market when they need it and then you can plug in.

Your post seems confusing. In a lay man language, what is your message please? Seems you are on the wrong thread
