Closes 31 Dec, same wt the Aiico offer. They'r only offering abt 175m units to the public and it's bound to be oversuscribed, so we'd be looking at allotment issues.

i think the offer will be in the market till the last day of December. and for your second question, i think the construction sub sector would have their hands full in 2008. i heard that world bank is offering Naija some good money for road construction you can also make your personal research and see how well you may want to get involved in the sector.

How come Costain's offer isn't listed under this site's Public Offers? I also checked Proshare and SEC and it is not there too.

Turnover (2007/2006) N772.6m / N344.4m PAT (2007/2006) N116.5m / (N205.0m) which means that PAT increased by N13.5m only. My concern is it still leaves them with N384m (~75%) to make up the forecast of N514m by the end of their year. Did anything dramatic happen that would have affected their bottom line between Q3 and Q4? Does not look good in the short term More insights please |
