Guy's I've got a selling dilema, i entered CCNN @ 10.05 and now i'm sitting on an approximately 40% gain but i'm of the opinion that the price appreciation is not over, now my problem is that i want to sell it and use the proceeds to shore up my purchase of OandO, guys my question is that is this a good move?

Well, I believe that CCNN is still pretty good at the current price. Annualized dividend yield is still over 11% at the current price. Oando is a a risky one but with potentials... will continue the post on Oando thread...

pumping its good to know both of us are in the same boat. What do you think would be a good exit price?

Yes o...I was enjoying your company.

Frankly though, I exited today because it was a short term play for me. My exit price was N16 so I was happy to sell above that price today.

However, medium and long term, I think there is still a little juice in there especially since the Q-3 result is over due. Current forward PE is 9x and they already gave interim dividends, so I won't expect too much upside short term.

I think that the current bull run across board for most stocks is due to the proposed reduction in company tax from 30% to 20%. This adds around 14% to the projected PAT for most companies. With that in mind, N18 to N20 is still a strong possibility for the stock short term.

The only king. Find the payment voucher to the account above attached. Manage the 90% abeg

Seriously, I will hold my cash and see how the market behaves on Monday. I think the market will recover quickly but I always prefer to wait and see some positive signs.

i'll advise you investigate the stocks i picked on the market watch thread, particularly royal exchange. On the cement side of things i expect ccnn to keep falling especially due to the hsbc report (which raises some good points), i also expect ashaka to fall but in this case (ashaka) i'll be attacking at below 10 because they have switched to coal, which the report failed to realise. Anyway make i chop my insurance money first.

I saw your post on Royalex. Can you check my comment and reply in Royalex thread? Thanks...
