I suggest you hold on if you have no urgent need for fud and watch when the bid starts delining, you can then sell.

If u have made 20-50% gain. i advise u to offload and take positions in another stock. There is no strong fundamentals moving the stocks except sentiments and bullish mkt.

Please may I know what is happening to the UTC stock as my father bought their stock when they first came out in 1972 but till this moment, he has not been able to know exactlyy what is going on partly as a result of his old age and partly because he lost hope on the company.

I will be please if someone gives me facts on the happenings.

To me UTC will be good shortly though you can position now (if you like) depending on how you want it (I mean your target) because they are building more plants to increase productivity and sales.

Please check well to know when best to take position.

UTC is still under SEC probe for alleged insider abuse. should
the probe turns out in their favour definetly it will not be available again
in the mkt.if the reverse is the case then it risks full suspension. gudluck

please where did you get your information from, according to proshare news released sometimes ago listing the company SEC are probing, i dont think i saw UTC in there, because the reason why UTC rally then was that they had a debt relief from banks and got another financing institution on their side for business and right now they are in full food processing business. So please Stan where did you hear your info from or you are just wondering?

From what sec gave us b4, only 6 company are under investigation and utc is not among them. They are Ipwa, AP, Big Treat. Afrooil, Capital Oil and until today chevron. Pls, where did u get ur info?

well i am realy not suprised that someone is saying this company is under SEC investigation. i dont know how true it is but i think they should be investigated. this company have not released thier financials for years but thier share price has been on the rise. IPWA also had a debt relief and today they are under investigation because the SEC will not fold thier hands and watch moribound companies rally at the exchange. one of the reasons i think the SEC is not investigating this company is becuase it was not among those KOBO STOCKS that became NAIRA STOCKS over night like AFROIL & CAPITAL OIL. JULI PHARMACEUTICALS should also be on the SEC list for investigation. the reason they gave for the over 1000% increase in price was because some banks are taken positions in the company. the question is where is your results for more than three years ???? even if it is a loss account, present to the exchange so that investors will know where the company is now & tell them where the company will be tommorrow so that they can make their invesment desicion . this is what NSL TECH did & thier share price dropped for a while but it stabilized becuase investors say that this company has a bright future

FINALLY, they have done the right thing by releasing thier financials. they also gave a bonus. i now believe they should not be investigated since we now know the true position of the company.

the company is not under the SEC investigation. i said they should be investigated alongside JULI PHARMCEUTICALS because thier share price continues to rally with no fundamentals to back it up. but UTC have released thier financials & we now know the true position of the company. JULI PHARMACEUTICALS should do thesame thing.

Guys, what is your take on taking position with PZ. Their half year result ending 30/11/07 was not bad and with 31/05/08 full year end, l expect a rally for the stock going forward.
