It is now becoming a habit to announce dividends without the full result. That is not good.

PZ is over priced relative to its sector and the market. The dividend yield is just 3.35%.

For some reason though, it appears to me as a "resilent" share with tight movement (trading movement)

Yes. I made a quick buck out of it earlier in the year. Bought in late Dec when it collapsed. It set me on the way to recovery. However, it is currently pricey and i will rate it a sell.

I will not be in a hurry to rate it a sell... not now..

PZ Nigeria's parent spent ~£5M buying its shares earlier in the year (now 64% owned)... That's a major reason for its 'resilience'. They even gained a goodwill of £1.5M on the purchase.

The market might be bullish but this is a sell on fundamental basis.

The danger with buying just because the parent company is buying is u wont know when they have had their fill, U might end up with an overvalued stock that u cant sell because it is so pricey. It will also likely become stagnant as the 50,000 units will become difficult to find.
