It may also mean many divested PHCN power generation turbines as well as others used in various industries will be maintained by GE using transcorp as its Nigerian front. Even if a profit comes it doesn't mean it will reach shareholders as it can be hijacked by Transcorp Management through exception items, management fees etc. I hope that will not be the case.

Phemmie06 you sound like you don't know why you want to buy or that you want to blame someone for encouraging you to buy if something goes wrong. Since you plan on buying, I am assuming you have a reason for buying. If you are not sure, share your concerns and someone on the forum will most likely assist you. Besides read the Transcorp thread; there's a lot of info on it.
