Stock Monitoring on CSCS website (http://www.cscsnigerialtd.com)

I would want some assistance on how I can monitor my stock on the CSCS website. I am presently out of Nigeria. From the advert on CSCS web page, I decided to register (with N2,500) to access the site with the main aim of monitoring my stock (as specified in the advert). Now with the access given to me (by CSCS), I simply cannot monitor anything on the site, I wonder what I have been doing wrong. I have written to their e-mail address with no response from them. Should I consider the N2,500 as lost or what. Please if anyone can assist I would be most grateful.

You shouldn't consider it lost. There are two additional ways you could follow up:

i. Get your broker to follow up on your behalf with a letter of authority.

ii. Give them a call on their phone numbers www.cscsnigerialtd.com - The Clearing House of The Nigerian Stock Exchange

Another email to them could also do the trick.

Call this number. And talk to the woman. She might ask you to scan some of the documents you used to do your registration but she will surely assist you fast. Call on a working day

Were you able to see your portfolio when you logged in ?
If yes all is okay. Try and navigate and you will see more.
You can only see transactions of only recent weeks and not all transactions.

If not seeing your portfolio then there must be an error in the set up.

Thanks for all the responses, I am quite grateful. I still cannot see any useful information when I logged in, I guess there most be a problem. Yes I saw the potfolio, but no stock was shown. I will give Vivian a call on Tuesday.

I just tried the phone number supplied by NEZVEST (012711991-- ) twice and on each time the lady on the line said it was a private number (despite the fact that I was polite, the lady was rather rude, I guess that was not Vivian).

Nonso, perhaps you can get your broker to assist you. They can deduct the fees from your financial account with them too... That's what i recently did as i'm not in Nig.

Pay attention to the B. part "Direct Subscription by client" and you will discover you still can't do completely without a stockbroker.
