Please,i Would Need Your Advice On This,i Got The Zenith Bank Shares Of Last P.o Of 5000units And After Some Month I Got To Know That I Was Only Given Half Of It And My Money Had Not Been Returned.

Of Recent I Purchased Scoa,first,and Skye Bank From My Stockbroker(platinum Capital Limited) Of 4000,1500,4000unit But Found Out That I Only Got 3000,1000,3000unit Via A Text Msg From Nse Cscs,another Money Is Hanging.please What Do U Surgest On This ,meanwhile I Am Far From Home.

As for the Zenith shares, I am not sure of what you need to do.
But as for the shares you bought through your broker, your money should still be with your broker in your brokerage account. This purchase was on the secondary market and as such no money "miss miss" with that one or I should say that your broker should be the trail to the money.

how did you purchased the zenith PO?

sometimes the can return money to point of purchase, you can also call the registra to zenith bank which i think its zenith registrar, get the information on net or better still send a relative to their office in VI to enquire on your behalf.

About your shares your broker didnt get for you, simply ask them to complete your order, am sure your money is still with them, calculate the value of what they have pruchase for you so far, minus it from the cash you deposited with them and send another order on your balance, do u have an acct officer?
you can ask the stock broking firm to attach one to your acct.

I really aprreciate,meanwhile the zenith bank p.o was purchase direct via my bank manager,i never knew they didnt fullfill my request not until the skockbroker went to check it.
as of the other ones,one reason why i was confuse was that,the cscs text msg to one of my family in nigeria never specify that all my order were not fullfilled but only said my buy of so so so was brought and the price on the text msg was lower to what my stockbroker gave me.

for the zenith bank PO, you have o call the registrar and enquire abt the location of your cheque.
it is possible it got missing in transit, stuff like that happens.

about the other shares, it is easy, the prices sent to your relative via txt msg is the actual price your broker got the shares, if your broker claim otherwise, you will have to inform him/her that you have a transaction report to that effect and please because your brocker acted in this manner i will suggest that you immediately transfer your acct to a more trustworthy or atleast establish firm that wont want to ruin their name because of one transaction or customer.

call your broker and demand that he/she send you an internally generated acct detail via email, this will enable see how much you deposit, the amount spent so far buying shares for you and also your balance.

abt your PO, the registrar is the best bet
