Bonus Shares, Rights Issues and Offer for Subscription

I’ll appreciate clarification on the timeliness in the issuance of the share ownership types above.
Does one get shares through rights issues faster or at the same time as the ones bought via offer?
What about bonus shares? Are these credited to ones account faster than if it was an IPO?
