i think FMN has ~ 30% shareholding, so you are right.

I've think I've met some UNICEM guys before I'll see if I can get a number to ask but I seem to remember one of them saying Flourmills' stake is much smaller than 30%

UNICEM is owned by Flourmills, Lafarge and Holcim, Dangote doesn't have any stake there anymore.
