N37B will give a 72% increase over last year. Anywayz, I think the result is a good one as it was in line with expectations. Unfortunately the market does not think so. We might be looking at a full year dividend N1.8 which for me is good as i might be looking at over 200K in cash (thinking about it puts a smile on my bear beaten face). With the planned, expansion, exports coupled with this ethanol production thingy, the future looks very bright for this company. Might acquire some more at N25.

Okay. if that's the case, then it's still achievable.

If you are a long term investor and you have some cash of your own (not borrowed money), I advise you buy more to leverage because I believe the stock will do well in the nearest future. |

Hi All,
Abeg I need una direction. I'm outside the shores of Nigeria and it's been almost 1 year that I visited this forum and and I've not paid much attention to the Nigerian stock exchange either until recently to see the blood-bath. This a worldwide bear market and things will correct themselves I believe. I bought Dangote shares IPO and my certificate has not yet been verified (though I'm now working on it with my broker). Meanwhile I want to ensure that all my dividends aepaid me. 1. First of all though can someone confirm that these are all the dividends and bonus that have been paid (apart from the bonus line, second column is "Interim dividend" while the third is "Final dividend"): DANGSUGAR 0.4 0 04/20/2007 (First Quarter) DANGSUGAR 0.4 0 09/31/2007 (Second Quarter) DANGSUGAR 0.4 0 10/31/2007 (Third Quarter) DANGSUGAR 0 0.5 3/28/2008 DANGSUGAR 1 for 5 3/28/2008 (Bonus) DANGSUGAR 0 0.85 8/29/2008 2. Is there any way to automate this thing such that in future it will be paid into an account (CSCS or something like that) instead of having them send out a letter to my broker? 3. Any other information will be appreciated. Thanks. |
