I would!!! This company would always pay dividend (unless they make a loss for the year). At this price, if they pay 40k, this would translate to a DY of about 13.3%. Ths in my books no be moi-moi.

You wish! Where will you ever see this stock to buy at this time of the year for N3? It's impossible my friend! Investors are always bullish about anything Dangote. You can't blame them anyway. All the stocks relating to him pay good dividend consistently and NASCON is not an exception. In fact, if I am buying solely for dividend, I would go for NASCON because it would cost me less and at the same time pay as much dividend as Dangote Flour if not more! In any case, I am eyeing this stock seriously as I would like to have a bite of Dangote without spending too much though that will only be at a good price.

True, but then again, was the wide economy in the best of shape during 2010? I honestly believe the performance is a fair reflection of the general state of the economy during the period in question.
