That means we expect revenue to increase by 12.5% per year for the next 10 years.


Assuming the EPS grows by 20% for the next 10 years. The EPS of NESTLE will be N160 in 2023.

This will give a PAT of N128 Billion Naira in 2023, and a Profit margin of 37.5% in 2023.

These are my own estimates and forecast, how achievable are these estimates.

If EPS grows at 20%, the EPS in 4 years time that 2017 should be N54.00. That is PAT of N44.7 Billion

With the fair value of roughly N1200.00 given by an analyst for NESTLE, it shows they want us to by NESTLE in 2013 at the price it ought to sell for in 2017.
