NSC should urgently restore the 5% upward and downward movement of price in the Nigerian Stock exchange. If sellers are willing to offer their share for 1Kobo then there would be buyers bold enough to take up the challenge of mopping up these shares.

By now the market would have bottomed out for RISK takers to move in.

With the bearish trend in the market right now i dont think there is any risk takers that is bold enough to face the situation on ground. If not because of the 1% policy placed on the stock it would have being far more worse.Look at the rate of loss counting to trillion of naira even the market maket are now bowing out.I think the policy makers should stand up and make a good policy that will impact the market positively and also urgently.

The 1% downward movement is a buyer nightmare. Nobody would buy an 'over valued stock'. If the 5% movement each way has been allowed to remain, by now some of these equities would have bottomed out. I will risk buying Dangote sugar at N5 if sellers are willing to offload at that price. With a 5% drop and sellers willingness to sell, the price would definitely hit bottom for people like myself to move in and buy it off those who are afraid to hold.

And since no positive measure is introduced to the market, then maybe they should return things back to normal so that we watch if sanity returns to the market.

You need to write to the registrars to the offer.
They will trace your refund cheue, cancel it and then send another cheque or pay into your domiciliary account. I think it is meristem but i am not sure. Check the prospectus
