and it is offered by Skye bank. An investor must be willing to cough out N5 million for 1 million shares.

It would be highly appreciated if anybody can get the prospectus and post here for review and comments.

Conservatively, PE should be at least 15 at the offer price of N5.00. Not bad, but not as good as CHAMS. Knowing what will happen when the company lists on the NSE, UPWARD price movement, this is a pp worth considering. Will need to read the the actual prospectus though...but beware, new shareholders are not qualified for dividend or bonus....

Is this a season of PP's?
It's like PP is the new discovery to wealth for entraprenuers.
This is putting me on enquiry.
It reminds me of the rush to setting up banks in the mid 80's and we all know the way they all fell. Does anyone feel my pulse?
tantalizers as a company is good, with good prospects, evident from thier client patronage and expansion. This seems a good investment on the surface, with Bigtreat perf in mind.
i will try to get the PP docs, but please anyone if you get it, please post for all.
The min qty seems a show stopper too.

if u can't beat them, u join them. As u have said it's a goog pp but the minimum unit is a calammity to some of us. Maybe u're not immune to this?

If u can't beat them, pls join them. the sure way to make money in 2008 is pp but the minimum unit is a barrier except u're immune to it , u get fired as they have fired me with the minimum unit

If you consider the split from N1.00 to 50 kobo par value the PE will come down to about 7.5 . Not Bad! Chams is twice cheaper but tantalizers will be cheaper than union diagnostics. It is a good buy when you consider what is happening to Big Treat and it will also be listed on in the Food Sector. But ABEG WHERE WE GO GET N5 MILLION TAKE BUY AM !!!!!!THIS ONE BE LIKE ANOTHER GOLD MINE!!

Sorry, but can you please explain why the PE will fall to 7.5 because of the spilt? If they do a split, the price will be halved and the shares outstanding will double, so you will still have a PE of 15.

The PE will be 15 and not 7.5 after the split but that doesn't mean it is not a good buy especially looking at what is happening to big treat

I don't know why these companies that are coming for private placements dont want to encourage small capacity investors. How many nigerians have 5million naira? most of the guys with such money are actually short term traders.

Well I pray to God to enlarge me this year so that I can participate in this kind of arrengement.

I have the prospectus and I tried all day yesterday to upload with no joy. It is 58 pages and about 7.5mb.

According to the rules here I should be able to upload but it doesn't simply play ball. EIC any ideas?, if anybody thinks they will have time to play with this and upload today, please send me a private message with your email address and I will send it to you so everyone can benefit.
