Access And First Banks

Please I need help:

I bought first Bank shares (public offer) of 2007 and till now I have not received my certificate.
I have written to the registrar and still, there is no response.
What options do I have, Please?

I also bought Acesss bank (public offer) and a year after I received a certificate for partial allotment without a draft/cheque for my balance.
Repeated mails to the investor service has yielded no result.
Again, please I need advise on how to recoup my balance.

For Access bank, check Access bank thread for suggestions people have given including sending someone to the designated branch for collecting share cert. for your state.
