CICO - meaning cycle in, cycle out or crash in, crash out. (Short term trading in stocks)
EPS (earnings per share)
This ratio aims to calculate the given earnings of a company and by dividing same with the number of outstanding shares of the company, you get an amout due to an investor from the earnings. From such calculations you get to know how well you will be rewarded for your investment.
If for example company A has made a PAT of 8 billion and has 1billion shares, each investor is expected to collect N8 as dividend if, and only if the company pays out all the earnings as dividends.
