When will the Regency start its own IPO? Please, advise on the source(s) of your information. Concerning your inquiry, I would rather think that it is too early to make a definitive statement as to the goodness or otherwise of the stock or its IPO, particularly as neither its annual accounts nor its IPO Prospectus is in the public domain. I think these are the 2 main sources to base any concrete opinion on.

I do not think there is any offer by Regency Insurance coming very soon. The information available is that Regency Insurance will be listed on the floors of NSE this week.

I heard from a friend that Regency PP is still ongoing but it is retricted.

Does anybody have any contact or information on it so that member of the forum can benefit?

AIICO Insurance is a good buy any day, but what i want to know is how good is regency insurance, if anybody in the house has an answer pls tell me.

hi everyone, just joined and i must say i'm very impressed. keep it up guys. anything on regency alliance? heard they are offering 4.85 billion shares at N1.75 per share. how good is this? i hope i am on the right thread?

Can you please share with us the source of your information that the coy would be offering 4.85 billion shares @ 1.75 Naira per share. I find the information interesting and would like to know the source?

Concerning your inquiry, I do not know how good the stock is, as I do not have access to its financial statements or its projections.

hi, i read it in last week's edition of stockwatch vol 3 no 64 pg 3 under the heading "expectancy as investors await regency alliance". i'm sorry if it was not properly phrased initially . are quotes from stockwatch acceptable?... just asking

Very acceptable. See if you can dig up more info. Is it a PO or a PP? has it been done already or is it in the pipeline?

yeah you are right chymex, it is indeed listing and not an offer. when are they really coming? there seems to be a lot of hype in the industry
