Yes it is dangerous. However there is a lot of opportunities in that sector.

Rise in price affects the portfolio structure so will likely sell some of the insurance stocks to rebalance the portfolio.

I think the market sentiment has shifted to some insurance stocks that have some fundamental. Thank God I saw this early enough and entered some of them for short term now I am enjoy the merry go round.

I think the insurance companies has been overlooked for sometime but now the market has started separating the boys from the men. Not all insurance company are on bid some like IEI , Guinea,Equity and universal insurance etc are still on offer, for that reason I still don't think it is purely an Ololo effect.

Don't want insurance stocks to constitute more than 25% of my portfolio.

It is madness the way the prices are going up!

Also bought all I had at 50kobo too. Though I have enjoyed 2 years of dividend sha.

Hmmmmmm. Waiting for the POs, PPs etc to confirm that the crash is here! By next month, barbers, hair dressers, vulcanizers and co will be ready for the market. That will be the time to bail out and make a pillow (or na mattress) made of money!

Make una speculate on stocks that if things go bad, you still have something to benefit!

We are getting to the stage where all stocks are on bid, nothing on offer and brokers will start to use you do yanga!
