I don't see anything welcome here. This is over 20% dilution for a stock that is already at the 50k car park. This puts the market price at around 40k or even much less. Moreover, who knows if the investor got a better deal compared to existing shareholders?

They cannot give any kind of dividends with this rubbish results. Compare the growth in PBT to the growth in PAT. Looks like a massive drop in taxes there that will be paid later. PBT grew by just over 100% while PAT grew by almost 350%. The growth in other debit balances is almost equal to the revenues generated throughout the whole year. What is the assurance that they will be able to recover the debits without hitting some losses going forward? I need to see the cash flow of this company. The results look very suspicious.
