Please Does anyone understand this???
they are trying to reduce their shares outstanding shares. the implication of the highlighted is that they will replace 5 esixting shares with one 'new' reconstructed share...and list at N2.50...giving it further room to erode value by falling back to N0.50... emphasis mine...

IMO, the stock is now technically 10 kobo....

I get small for here. na time to sell because at the end of the day the thing go stll fall from 2.50k to 50 kobo. why were they giving bonus all this while if they were going to do a reverse split? some of these companies should just be delisted or they should be forced to merge .

I think a more appropriate term here should be share deconstruction which will ultimately lead to share delisting as a result of financial insolvency .

this is a forum to discuss stock investment, no one here can give you the information you are looking for. CSCS does not buy or sell shares; CSCS only holds shares in trust for the public. Call you broker for the information you are looking for.

With all the Genco, Disco and IPP activity kicking off is this company strategically positioned to be engaged in this ENERGY revival?
