Insurance Company and poor corporate governance

The consolidation of the insurance company has given rise to poor corporate governance. Aiico insurance for example did not indicate in his prospectus that they wil be merging with lamanda and NFI insurance. Some of us brought the stock only to wake up last week that they will be adding additional stock to their outsatanding shares on the NSE.
Staco has also acquired an insurance company and I only hope that they will indicate it on their prospectus as they are planning an offer.
This is the time for us to watch before buying any insurance offer as there might be many undisclosure especially because their consolidation was done under a poor arrangement.

Very true indeed. The Aiico dilution is marginal though. Except there are other surprises, it remains a very solid PO.
