Does anyone have information on what is going on with Consolidated Hallmark Insurance with regards to their being listed? They concluded their private placement long ago, but don't seem to be showing up on the floor.

Consolidated Hallmark will be listing this month at 1.85k. All the investors are to reap for waiting patiently. The price will get to 8-9 naira before it capsizes

Guys i will love to know the allotment result of Consolidated hallmark assurance private placement because any returns from this company is killing because i bought the private placement at N1.50k. which was high for pp.

I think they PP was officially at N1.30, so at N1.50, it's not so bad.

Finally it appears Greg's info on Consolidated Hallmark is correct. Proshare carried it that it will be listing 6 billion shares today (22/02/08) at N1.85k. The news has made my day - I guess its time to go buy the form for registration into the club of the rich ....... lol.

Let me go treat my self to a bottle of coke for one last time, cos next time it shall be champagne !!!

Can someone pls tell us the ratio of Consolidated Re and Hallmark in the merger. I bought Consolidated Re PP.

all these insurance companies listing on the exchange, why are they not appearing on daily lists of NSE (since they are now listed). or are some people reaping secretly??? regency has listed but no one has any details on daily trade volumes.

Where do you get your daily list from? I do see all the listed insurance companies. You may need to check your source again.

Consolidated Hallark is at N1:96k as at Friday and will rise some more. However could any one post sometthing about their financial (even the prospectus for the PP) or make statement/suggestions on their fture performance referring to such documents.

Consolidated Hallmark is listed as Hallmark and I won't be surprised if a lot of brokers list it under "H" instead of under "C". I don't think Regency has been listed yet. you'll find Hallmark Insurance on this price lists:

Atimes these ins firms amaze me. From pat of 259m in 2007 to a projected pat of 2.99b in 2008 an increase of over 900%!
Surely d the MD n the entire board believs in miracles, which ofcourse still happens.

Newton the report says the PAT for 2007 was N259m and the PBT fro 2008 is N2.99b. Of course this is still quite high a profit margin but as u said.......miracle never stop to happen..... especially in Naija.
