Dear All,

I am offering the opportunity to invest into a high return on investment market in the Middle East, the fastest growing part of the world.

I am offering property starting at around £110,000GBP that is very quickly appreciating as well as commercial and office space around the £400,000GBP in key areas in specialist business districts that is appreciating in value at around 20% and rental returns 40% per annum.

Interested investors, send me PM for further information.

Kind regards

Those prices look expensive. Ajman has better offerings starting from +/- GBP 40,000 that even come along with permanent residency permit.

dubaiDMC- I would advise you move that kind of money to Nigeria if you have such net worth or interested investors. Why Dubai, when you have such investment outlet in Nigeria?. If you are savy in your real estate investing, you should fly down to Niger if you are in Dubai and look well well for where it is happening. Such window exist in Nigeria too. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I am beginning a startup that will give investors 267% returns on their investment in 1 year after beginning operations right here in Nigeria, in an untapped market that has buyers of the product lining up their vehicles for up to 3 days just to load. This is after they have prepaid to purchase the product. Demand is bound to increase, and investors still have a 20% stake in the company after being paid for their initial investment. This is a key area that is an indicator of growth in developed economies.

Why push Dubai, and other foreign investments when Nigeria has so many opportunities that will also create employment for Nigerian citizens? Have you not read that Conglomerates in the U.A.E got together when they were not happy about Tinapa advertizing itself as an option to Dubai, and are now building a project that will seal the fate of Tinapa from getting off the ground? This project is being situated in Senegal.

I think Nigerians need to focus on preventing capital flight out of the country, instead of assisting in keeping Nigeria hopeless in terms of growth and technology. We owe the country that we call our own a bright future.

Regards.

I agree totally with investing in Nigeria. Haven said that, I would advise all you guys with attractive investment opportunity to approach underwritters in the financial houses with your proposals for financing and once it fully off the ground, we can jump into your train. The market is hurting right now and we need to be careful selling all this unattainable investment outlets. I mean we need be serious with the kind of ideas we are promoting here in the forum......Regards.

Danny:

Thanks for your advice. Your comments are very valid. The only part that bothers me is where you mention the sales of unattainable investment outlets. As I had mentioned in my earlier post, this is a startup. I have worked the figures, and I have also surveyed the market. Now that you mentioned the above, I will hence propose a challenge to you, if you are capable of raising N250M for the setup aspect of the proposal. We can setup a meeting for the presentation of my spreadsheets for the startup, and play with the various scenarios built into it. You can also read all the case-studies that you will need to answer your questions. Then I am sure that you will become a major pusher of my project, and a Director in the company.

Are you interested?

Regards

Where are you? I doubt the possibility of being able to meet due to logistic differences.......however, I don't know if I can be able to raise that kind of sum for a start up coy. Haven said that,....is not impossible just look for Venture Capitalist firms and they will be more than happy to come in. I don't mind directorship once you are up and running.......thanks for the offer!

I could use some information on venture capitalist firms in Nigeria. Do you have any leads? I'd appreciate any assistance.

Thanks
