Fair point. Fola headed the committe that drafted the framework and legislation. He was aslo the pioneer Chairman of the Commission before he fell out with OBJ. However, the DG should take full credit for implementing the framework, developing and supervising the industry from scratch to this level. The DG managed to safeguard this industry from the collapse of the stock market and kept a very tight regulation of the industry. People like SLS should emulate the DG's conservatism, honesty and modesty.

We have good policies in the country, the problem is with implementation. The Man implemented the framework and legislation drafted for the industry.
