Guy, it is possible but it is not easy. If it is 10%,12%,20% or even more, that can be achieved. But u adding ''monthly'' to it makes it not easy. What that means is that whether the market trend is upward, u will enjoy the %. And if it is downward, u will still enjoy the %--monthly. I don't think anyone can comfortably predict the direction of the market without having the necessary tools like news, reports,financial statements etc
If truly u want to invest into stocks, then u would need to learn that Mr Market has a changeable mood. No one has been able to accurately predict its mind. No one!
Summarily, remove the ''monthly'' from the returns u want and then it will be very possible. And if you do that, u may even realise an unexpected 200% but not over a month(maybe over a quarter,2 quarters etc) and then u do ur calculations to know what it translates to (monthly).
