it goes for =N=375,000 per plot and you have the option of paying half now and the balance in 6 months without any interest.
The company had recently sold out their phase one. This is actually their phase 2. Note that the cost of C of O is not included in the above price. Yinka should be able to give the cost of C of O and the cost of surveying but they are not included in the 375k

the mowe/ofada land owners might nit be as desperat as those in ajah axis, but they have got their characters as well.

Mowe is the town opposite Redemption Camp on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. About 20mins from the former location of the Lagos tollgate. Ofada is some minutes about 10-15 mins away from the Camp off the expressway.

When i was buying, i had asked that question if i will have to start building immediately. i Was told not necessarily because the place is an estate which is going to be fenced. Once you have paid, you don't need to bother about developing the land immediately. though i will advise you get your C of O immediatelt so that story no go dey. You know that this is Naija

when u buy in2 TWIN CITY PHASE 2 MOWE-OFADA,you will not only be buying into a deal in real estate acquisition you will also be buying into an estate,and as we all know an estate is not a property of land owners but the property of the estate owners(CROSS & CHURCHILL REALTORS LIMITED).There will be provision of estate perimeter fencing so ur lands will be secure till you are ready to buid on it.

u are right,but we ve other payment options.we ve (6) months equal payment for N400,000 and (12) months equal payment for N500,000.
Cost of survey for N50,000,while the C OF O is optional(thats u can obtain it urself from ogun state govt),but the last we did for some it was N62,900.

How far is the Twin city phase 2 from Adesan road in mowe town and there is this evidently clear difference between Mowe town and Ofada town, which of these two settlements is the estate situated?

i understand Ofada is farther in than Mowe and that lands are cheaper there than in Mowe.
thus the advert - Mowe-Ofada lands for sale is confusing me
