Default You Can Get A Land Free Of Charge

There is something which I thought was impossible untill I tried it and it worked like magic. I bought a land in the eastern part of Nigeria and split it into two, legalised the documents, built a house on one of the lands and sold one plot and recovered the total amount spent to acquire the entire plots !
Sounds incredible but it it happening here live. The housing industry in this country is starting to expand into hitherto unknown zones and all to the glory of the new Nigerian economic activities.
Here in Enugu, you can get a good plot for as low as 2m and we construct to rent, buy to rent, construct to sell, buy to sell or lease empty plots.

Talking You Are Something Else

@ Ckenneths - You're an original Igbo man with good business sense. I did read about this idea in a book, but you have gone a whole step further to make it work. Pure genius . I already like you a lot

Keep on progressing. You deserve every penny you make.

Default apologies!

@ C Kenneths - My apologies. I assumed since you were buying land in the east you had to be Igbo.

hi,
your strategy seem interesting.
Question: How do you lease empty plots?

I quite agree with c kenneths. Right here in Portharcourt you even find out that prior to completion of the building people are already making enquiries and some even paying before you finished building the house. The diffrence between Enugu and PH is just that land is more expensive and also cost of building is high too.

We rent out empty land to people who may want the property for block making, car parks etc.
Note that the owner can easily re-posses these properties cause there are no permanent structures erected.
